Are you serious Mad Mel?

How the heck am I supposed to beat Mad Mel? Every time I die he glitches out. He doesn't move and he's invincible. How can I kill him in one life?

Personally I thought the encounter was poorly designed they went for the classic one way entrance to boss fight without bothering to take into account the need to possibly respawn your runner

Don't use the car. Use a rocket launcher. Can kill him in just a couple hits.

The vehicle combat in this game is pretty annoying if you don't have a partner to work the turret.

I just used machine gun Runner and had a target lock, kept firing and moving. Easy.

Theres a tactic I use everytime I find him, Die first, when you respawn, he'll be running around with his friends over the arena,use the shelter of NEW U station as cover while you jump and fire corrosive bullets at him, rinse and repeat, if he shoots, duck, he'll be dead in no time

lol you are right, sorry ( sorry again for the long delay ), fire or shock will work, even normal bullets will, the thing is, the ramp can block his rockets from killing you, and still, you'll slowly kill him as he has some predictable moves, even a sniper will do.

I died on purpose, then I respawned and stood on the ledge between the spawnpoint and the boss arena, and sniped him with my Rocket Launcher. I nearly took any hits at all. Good level design, Forklift.
