Captain Scarlet BL3

Ok so for all off those who played the Pirate Booty DLC on BL2 and BLTPS, I have a theory.
MAJOR SPOILER ALERT
In the last scene of BLTPS we see an Eridian saving Athena and telling Lilith&Co. that theyll need every Vault Hunter they can get. Earlier we see Him saving Zarpedon who already found the Vault on Elpis.
Do you think he would consider Captain Scarlet a Vault Hunter too?
She looked for one, even tho she never called it a vault.
But that really is the only difference.
No Vault Hunter before her looked for one for the sake of the eridians or something like that.
They all wanted Power, Loot and Money. Just like her.

The reason for my interest is the fact that the didnt die (wich was originally intendet to happen but then cut from the game) and that she is the only major DLC character only appearing in the respective DLC. Tiny Tina and Mr Torgue are in the main story as well, so is Hammerlock.
Nakayama from the Big game Hunt Dlc appears in Tales from the Borderlands.

Only the whereabouts of Scarlet are a mystery.

Gearbox spents a lot of time toying with us. Giving out hints to BL3 here and there.
Tiny Tina in the Tech Demo? Maybe...
Planet, Promethia propably.
Tannis? Not what she seems.

But Scarlet is so quiet while alive, they either completely forgot about her or want to use her in BL3 without having any Background and Relation to care about.
She only appears in presence of the Vault Hunter in BL2, and without any connection to the main story.

They have all the possibilities to work her in.
In another Pirate DLC, in a Pirate Side Quest, as a Villain of some kind, as a NPC Ally that got introduced to the pack by the Eriadian, as a Ally you have to find like Brick in BL2, as a playable Vault Hunter...

I dont know about you but I want her in BL3.
Be it playable or NPC.
