Borderlands convert pc save to xbox

I tried to convert my save, with modio, horizon, gibbed, etc. I do not understand anything, someone could do it for me ??

i know how if its borderlands 1 or 2 that is

Edit : only works for 360, in case you didn't know.

You will need to use Horizon to encrypt the save file so that that XBOX will read it. Tutorial on how to use Horizon:
