DLC not working on Borderlands 1 - Resolved

I bought the Borderlands Take over your life bundle. I tried to access the DLC's for Borderlands 1 that came with that bundle and it takes me to the Steam store which in turn says its already in my inventory. I bought the same bundle for my son and his machine is doing the same thing.

Any suggestions?

in your Library right click on Borderlands then click the DLC tab and see if the DLC's are actually installed.

Yes they are.

I have tried deselecting them and reselecting them, in some games that kicks off a reinstall, but it did nothing. I also verified the files.

Clicking on the Bonus content in game takes me to the store and the store says they are already in my inventory.

Did you try to create an other caracter and test if DLC works with him on New U Station?

how did you try to access the DLC's ? they should be ingame, check the Fast Travel station for the following locations : Jakobs Cove, The Underdome, T-Bone Junction, and Tartarus Station. note, they may be mixed in with other locations.

Huh, I went to Jakobs Cove and it kicked off the Dr. Neds Zombie DLC. So I guess it does indeed work, so far.

I had tried the "Bonus Content" in the main menu before. That doesn't work. Steam could have a description of this in the DLC store page.
