Teaching monkeys to attack

In the demo, I don't know how many times I've tried to teach my monkeys how to fight only to accidentally hit some grass next to an enemy which send my monkeys on a grass killing spree instead.
It's extra difficult because usually they destroy the grass so fast they run away from the screen looking for more grass to kill while I'm in combat.

If I had to wish for one feature, it's to somehow create a mechanic so that monkeys can be "pre-trained" on combat before a fight or that I could control more easily if want to whack grass or enemies.

Thanks for the feedback, we'll look into it! For now it is best to train them on something weak like a bat.
