Vault/labyrinth award missing - specifically figurehead from Bat labyrinth

As the title - i've fixed the galleon, got allt he other escape items, but yet again this bug ridden game has another glitch that means once the uber-bat is killed I get some minor trinkets but no figurehead !

what do i do now ?

Same here, is there a fixed at this moment ? :'( No figurehead too, we can't finish this game..
