Black Screen after Team 17 logo

right after the team17 logo i get a black screen and only see the mouse pointer.

I've already tried to start as an administrator.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Do you see any moving characters on the screen when it gets stuck?
Can you please unplug the controller and any other devices except your keyboard and mouse and test the game?

Let's also make sure that your graphics drivers are up to date:

1. Go to this page[support.amd.com]
   
2. Install ‘AMD Driver Autodetect’ application.
   
3. Select yes on to allow the application to run if the prompt appears.
   
4. Select ‘Download Now’ and follow the steps to install the driver.
   
5. Restart your computer, if necessary after the installation of drivers.
