Monkeys not following me into vault(?)

A few times when going into a vault or mine (whatever it's called, it has a gold light shining out of it) my monkeys (the few that I have with me) will not follow me in. There was even one instance where one of my monkeys was way over by another vault when I went back out. It was on the same island though.

I'm not sure why this happened, but I did have a few other monkeys at my base waiting to do tasks. Like, maybe I should have them stop whatever they were doing so the game doesn't get... (I dunno) confused?

Could you please email your saved file to [e-mail] with a link to this thread?
We can then pass this on to the team to look into.

There should be a folder with a long line of numbers. Please compress (eg. ZIP, RAR) and send us the whole folder.

This still happens every now and then. I've found I have to watch my map in the top right after I enter. If I don't see a monkey and number, then I go right back out... They will usually come up to me, sit on the ground, then I reenter. This seems to make it work...

Other times, I'm not sure what I did, but I'd go back out and see my monkeys were by another vault or whatever. Almost like they teleported over to the wrong place.

Was there ever a resolution to this? I just started and had 5 monkeys following me. None entered the dungeon. I went out and they were halfway across the island. Walked to them and they followed me back to the dungeon. Went in and only 3 monkeys came along. I went back out and 2 were on the other side of the island next to a different dungeon I'd already cleared lol
