Jogo com fundo preto parecendo erro de imagem

Eu tento entrar no jogo mas logo em seguida fica tudo preto, eu consigo configurar i jogar soq não enxergo nada além de um fundo preto i o boneco na frente, é como se o mapa tivesse apagado ficando tudo preto.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Do you see any moving characters when loading the game?
Could you please share a screenshot of what the screen looks like?

To take a screenshot, please make sure, that you have Steam Overlay enabled in your game

1. Go to Steam -> Settings.
   
2. Click the In-Game tab.
   
3. Check "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game"
   
4. Go to Library.
   
5. Right-click on the game title and select Properties.
   
6. Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked.

In the game, press F12 to take a screenshot. Then press Shift+Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and Upload your screenshot, make it public. Then simply include the URL of your screenshot on the forum (it should look something like "http...sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=...")

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Team17 Digital Ltd_\The Survivalists
There should be a folder with a long line of numbers. Please compress (eg. ZIP, RAR) and send us the whole folder.

We wonder if your saved file is corrupted - would it be possible to remove it and retest?

Can you please first make sure that cloud saves are turned off:

Right-click the game - properties - updates.
Then make sure cloud saves are unticked.

Remove any The Survivalists data from Steam Cloud:
https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorage

Then go to the following folder:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Team17 Digital Ltd_\The Survivalists

And remove any save folder/files. (you might want to keep a copy in case this is not the issue so you do not lose your save)

Sorry to hear that this is happening - would it be possible to see your system information so that we can try to help? To do this:

1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
   
2. Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
   
3. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
   
4. Copy the link to your post

Ola, verificando os arquivos de log do jogo pude perceber estes erros abaixo, creio que nosso problema seja a compatibilidade com os shaders, tenho 2 pcs em casa e o do meu filho esta dando este mesmo problema, estou tentando pesquisar formas de resolver (talvez um mod com shaders compatíveis, não sei) mas por enquanto dependemos do suporte da Team17:

Tente verificar no caminho C:\Users\<digite seu usuario na máquina>\AppData\LocalLow\Team17 Digital Ltd_\The Survivalists

Verifica o arquivo Player.log e procure qualquer coisa com "ERROR" e "WARNING", se puder postar ai eu bato com o erro que esta ocorrendo aqui.
