Are you getting any error message? If so, what is this?
So that we can better understand the problem and recommend a solution, we would like to request that you please send us your DxDiag information via the steps below:
- Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
- Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
- Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
- Copy the link to your post

What software are you using to record? Is it the Xbox game bar or something else?
We notice a few different crashes of games and AMD software in your dxdiag, are you trying to record those games as well?

how i can fix it .i delete and download it and i still got this problem

We've just tested this and the recording seems to work without issue. Do you see any error messages when you start recording? Exactly what happens?
Could you also please make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date:
- Go to this page[support.amd.com]
- Install ‘AMD Driver Autodetect’ application.
- Select yes on to allow the application to run if the prompt appears.
- Select ‘Download Now’ and follow the steps to install the driver.
- Restart your computer, if necessary after the installation of drivers.
