Useless Hand axe.

My first game have got no problem.
However I start a new game for my nephew. After collecting the beginning resources we crafted hand axe. However it become a useless item. It can't cut tree or bushes. Can't break rock or monkey cage.
I restart a few time and regenerate new worlds. They are all the same hand axe can't be use for anything although it's durability keep dropping as in picture above.

I can't craft new items too since I can't gather log and such. I can only collect what is left on the ground.


I try loading my first game to check my hand axe and it have got no problem. I can cut tree&bushes and break rock easily.

I have the same problem, sometimes on my kids saveslot we cant harvest ressources. I found out that often I fix it, by restarting steam. Force close it and start the game up again.
