Get a monkey to gather resources to store into a chest, another monkey to take those resources out of a chest, then another monkey to build the items. if you set it to x10 they will keep going until all 10 items are made, then you can change it, alternatively just leave it as standard and they will just keep making it forever,
Good thing is that they learn their job and use it multiple times, so 2 crafting benches one with rope the other with sticks, you don't need any more monkeys as they sort it out themselves.
Although from my play through the monkeys do get confused so you may have to slap them back into shape, or the game glitches out which is to be expected as this is still a beta.
But as for the rotation I do agree, this seems like a really strange move from the devs in these sort of games. Especially if you are wanting to make a nice little home while you work towards the ending (assuming there is one - its been hinted)
Yeah thats fine, but having fixed orientation on furniture seems very limiting.
