co-op in LAN?

we bought this game because it should be a co-op. why isn't it working?
no lan games possible, others cannot built any thing.. also it's not possible to play alone without not known users

It is online co-op with up to 4 players. You need to set up permissions in the start menu at the top right corner when you have new players join so they can build, loot and interact with monkeys. :)

is not working properly. changes are not possible to made for an other player
wasd not working, c not working, and no chance to change the bilt options for the other one

Sorry to hear that this is happening - we are not aware of problems with the online co-op - can you confirm if you are using remote play or do your friends own a copy of the game?

Hi, both of us have an own copy of the game. I play with key board and my friend is playing with joystick.. there it works a little bit more proper

What controller are they playing the game with?

Are both computers on the same internet connection?
