digital games gets lost coz u dont really own them, that already happened on some games and im surprised you dont know that when you talked about archaic stuff XD
lets say i bought a physical copy of a game and it can be played offline/online, but the recent patch made it unplayable and buggy. so how do i play that game?
i would uninstall the update and load the physical copy of the game only without updating it
so if that happens on digital game you cant do what a physical copy of the game can do lol
if a dev/publishers decides to remove a game from the store you cant do anything about it, whats worst than that is if it isnt installed on your library and they dont let you download it again lol
oh and if you got hacked and cant get your account back, where are your digital games now? lol
end of the day, if you want a feature included thats not going to be, learn how to mod.
Guess I was wrong
Incidentally, this is part of the reason I haven't purchased the game yet. I love the concept, the use of monkey mimicking the player is quite innovative and looks fun... but without modding support the only ones that can add content and tweak the game are the original devs, and I'm not yet sure they will add enough content to make the game worth the asking price.
I am not old at 33, and I happen to agree with him. I always get physical when I can. Unfortunately that is rare for PC these days. Developers got greedy, and no longer support LAN or split screen very often. There is still a few good developers that do support that stuff, but it is rare and is mostly on consoles(Nintendo has a lot of great couch coop games for instance).
Well, maybe you should play this game on Apple Arcade ? Six people in your family could play together and all the games on Apple Arcade for $5
macOS / tvOS / iPadOS / iOS , play on any device you want with your friends and family
They even updated tvOS & iOS to support amazon Luna / ps5 controller already ( I prefer the Xbox elite 2 still )
I currently play with my girlfriend with two Apple TV on tvOS on the big tv, this is the first game we able to dedicate and addict together like that
Well, if it’ has to “worth “ the price
maybe you should play this game on Apple Arcade ?
Six people in your apple family could play together and all the games on Apple Arcade for just $5 ...
that’s like 0.8 a month for each of you
Buy two Apple TV to play Apple Arcade on it with elite 2 controller or amazon Luna controller , there you go a cheap and nice multimedia gaming console
( however there will be random crash when I tried to play my pure jazz playlist with Apple Music running in the background, I think A10 x apple silicon couldn’t handle running this game + Apple Music for a long period of time )
Apple needs to release a new Apple TV running A14X silicon !!!
That would require owning two TV's, and the controllers, and the $200 a piece for the device lol. Fairly pricey unless you already have both TV's, and even with them your looking at over $500 for the controllers and two Apple TV devices. I would rather just build another cheap PC for the same price to play. This game wouldn't require anything fancy, and you would have access to Steam and/or Game Pass along with everything else a PC can do.
What, you don't poop money? Scrub.
