where is this Prez

i don't think i once saw this prez pilot at all throughout the entire campaign, only female there was comic.

Yeah, the problem is there aren't any high tier two seater planes. So you have to choose between having her around or having a good plane. Kinda sucks.
At least you can mod it.

Prez is your Wizzo or Weapons System Officer. She sits in the rear seat of any two seater planes you fly.

I mean, you can easily get through this game on at least the second hardest difficulties in the game in the two seaters no problem. The F-14 Tomcat is more than enough to take you through all the missions, the Sukhoi Su-25 is amazing on ground missions or against airships as well, and you can even do quite a few missions with the Avro Arrow (Just, RIP to cockpit view)

They aren't the "top" planes by anymeans, but will easily demolish anything you encounter on anything but the tippy top difficulty.
