I honestly think Transmutation challenge is easier than not doing a challege.

I'm a little confused - does getting these cards unlocked mean they now show up in my deck? Because I'm not seeing them.

They have a chance of showing up whenever you draw from a deck (that isn't the money deck) and they're unique to specific decks (see the colors on the screenshot).
