I got the Evil army timer down to 0% :)

Last level before the Turtle on the Swamp map. 4 Grotesque Statuettes and Every student with 1 Demonology and 1 Portal gets the Sign of the Eldest. It's year 8 and graduating Deepfolk Archmages with the Sign of the Eldest, combined with throwing Shadow mana to the Zombies has made this one for the books.

Really interested how long I can make this one.

I got pretty bored at year 16 and let the evil army take me. I probably would have been able to make it a year longer, but they become faster and faster so it would not have been much more than that.

I graduated 43 Archmages, which is pretty nice for the final level.

I have done the same though not quite at zero and after year 10 it seems that the progress of evil speeds up incrementally per year. At year 19 even with messaging going as fast as I could the zombies couldn't keep up. I think I could have made it to year 20, but I think the game is coded to force the march of evil to finish by year 20.

Looks like it doest't work for me.
Graduated 3-4 deepfolk archi this year... nothing changed in MoE counter.
Noticed it before on other levels.
Looks like it's with some other conditions (like "not from new deepfolk students") or just bugged.

I found this value in Cheat Engine and checked calculations.
It's changes definitely not as discribed.

Examples,
Game: Sorcerer with Rage challenge, v.1.00
Map: coast (so LoE army moves faster) - Forbidden spellbok (-5% speed)
Dark elf with Sigil (-1% to Lord of Evil army when graduated) graduation
Before 0,176139906, after (Dark Elf) 0,1721399128, change 0,0039999932
So it's 0.39% only instead of promised 1%.
Human Midwife with Sigil graduation:
Before: 0,1721399128, after 0,1681399196, change 0,0039999932
Still same -0.39% only

let's check deepfolk:
Deepfolk (-% = prestige) popular (prestige X2) Archimage (prestige=4) with Sigil =1)
Achi were with 1 reroll
Should decrease at (4+1)*2=-10% or just -9% if sigil doesn't double with popular (logically)
Before 0,1521399468, after 0,132139951, change 0,0199999958
So it's just 1,99% instead of 9%.

Second one: deepfolk poplar (x2) daemon hunter (prestige =1) with sigil (yep, whole skull in sigils, coward bastards not wanna to meet Him)
Change 0,0079999939 so it's 0,79% instead of (1*2+1)=3%

Same for deepfolk inquisition apothecary with sigil.
0,8% change instead of (1 pres + 1 sigil) = 2%
Same time deepfolk plain master (pres =2) with sigil changed by 1,2% instead of (2pres+1sigil) = 3%

Summary:
1) look's like "popular" trait doesn't count at all and this is not correct (related to description) because it increase prestige and decrease equal to prestige.
2) instead of 1% each prestige decrease 0,4% only
3) instead of 1% sigil of the eldest decrease 0,39% only

You can say "it's because of map", but points 2 and 3 shouldn't be affected by map settings. Map settings (according to description) affects how fast it increase in general and doesn't affect graduation at all.
Point 1 looks like a bug.

Swamp has always been an OP map. It's too easy to unlock the skeletons, and their boon is really powerful. However, this game wasn't built around competitive power gaming, so I'm in no hurry for them to change it. All the maps have their exploits, and discovering them can be just as fun as beating the turtle level.
