How does the counselor's office work?

Is it meant to give +1 rerolls on a student's future? It doesn't seem to have any impact whatsoever in the game.

It does. The buff they receive from it also mentions studying fast, not sure if that is actually a thing or not.

It also only impacts students that visited the councelors office. You can see it in their student sheet with all the over buffs and debuffs. Also gameplay wise you will notice it if you can reroll a future twice (or hovering over the text to spell it).
