Can You Revert a Mod To An Older Version?

Im using a mod that enables a new Civ which got an update and now when i go back to the world i was playing in its says "Not All Mods Are Here" or whatever. help plz

You need to get an old version of the mod as a direct download and install it manually. Some mod authors provide links to old versions and some mods which can be found from civfanatics forum might have links to different versions in that forum.

Steam workshop has no support for reverting back to old version of the mod, once the mod is updated, you can't revert back. Your best change to get old version is to ask a direct download link from the mod author or try to find it from elsewhere in the net, if it's a common mod from know mod author with a large userbase.
