How to set different language?
In Properties -> Language I have only English, Russian and Traditional Chinese. But the list of supported languages on store page is much bigger. If I want to set my game to, for example, Japanese, how do I do that?
OS: Windows 7, I've bought vanilla in store in Russia, and then GaK and BNW on Steam.

Mabe there's a difference between the one in-store and the one on Steam. Not 100% sure, but if you were to have bought vanilla on Steam since you bought the DLC on here too, maybe you would get the other languages? I'm not saying go blow like 40 bucks on the Steam Edition, but I would look at my box if you got one, and see if it has a lot more languages like the store page.

I found my box and there are only Russian and English listed. Well, in local files I have all manuals in every language, and also I have Chinese, which is not listed on my box.

Your copy might be cheaper region (and language) restricted copy targetted only for russian market. I think the correct action would be to ask Steam support to remove your russian copy, so that you can buy a normal copy, but you have already bought expansions from Steam Store, so you might lose them too. I think you need to contact Steam support, if you want to play using language other than russian or english, but you probably have to buy another copy of the game.
