d3dx9_42.dll
It's saying I'm missing the d3dx9_42.dll file from my computer. I searched it and it is on my PC. It's even in one of my Civ V folders. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

You can try directx web installer from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
It should fix your directx installation.
