Launcher removal update broke game wont start anymore

i cant seem to get my game to start up anymore after the 11/25/24 update that removed the launcher. i tried the startup thing with the %command% or whatever but it didn't work. wasn't sure if anyone else is having the same issues as me and know of a fix
