Borderless mode - i find solution

1) Install program "Borderless Gaming", set borderless mode for civ5 in that program.
Now borderless works but you get cursor offset.

2) close completely "Borderless Gaming",
civ5 borderless still working with cursor offset

3) in Civ5 settings change resolution to any other but not accept it
resolution return to your native bot now you have borderless gaming without cursor offset
