I can't change the language

Goodnight. Yesterday I reinstalled the civ V and I can't change the language. In steam I have the Spanish language by default, both in the application and in the properties of the game and only puts it in English. Anyone know how to change language? Thanks

What about verify integrity of game files? you can find button for that in properties / local files. Steam find and download the broken files again,

Solved. When installing the game for the first time, it only comes to me in English and it gave me no option to put it in Spanish. I solved it by giving the right button on the game in game properties in the steam library and I put any language other than English. In my case I put the French. Start the game and if it was put in French. Then I closed the game and gave it back to properties and put it in Spanish as I had it configured at the beginning. And then the game was already in Spanish. In case someone is the same.
