How do I set up the language for Civilization V?

I have the gold edition of Civ V and when I start it, it pops up language not configured and gives me no option to change it. I looked and had English set up in my steam account and it still won't work!!! I got all the DLC's bought and i can't even play the original game! Please help me.

Hi, not sure if this is what you are looking for. Go to the Library on Steam, select Civ V from your games section, right click Civ V, and select Properties. On the window that pop up, go to Language tab, and select the language you wish to play with.
