Soleiman bug fixed with expansion?

Each time Soleiman (think its spelled wrong) opens a trade window with me the game crashes on a render error. It's just with him, so ofcourse I will not initiate trades with him but every once in a while he will ask me for something or a trade logically. And each time I get the trade request the error occurs. This is becoming very annoying. I have to load an autosave in hope he wont ask, but often he'll ask again or ask the next turn.

I was wondering if anyone else had this bug? Does it become fixed if I get the expansion? Imho it should've been patched long ago but I realise there will be no more patches for the game excluding the expansion. Hence I'm thinking of upgrading in hope this bug is fixed there. Anyone got a clue?

p.s.: Yes I know I can select all my enemy leaders, but I preffer playing random, its an option of the game after all ;)

Well since none answered I decided to get the expansion anyway.
Same bug is still around. All my graph drivers etc are updated
Comp setup:
OS: Win7 ultimate
Cpu: Core™ i7-3770K HR7I11
Ram: 16 GB DDR3-1600 Quad-kit
Mobo: GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
Graph: Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 Ti
Drives: SSD Sata/600 (on there own raid controller so it is using the full 600)

Those specs should run this game like a breeze, and it does exept when Suluman talks to me, so anyone got a clue what's causing this?
