Continents Plus ??? why dont i have it?

All of a sudden I see games with the map: 'Continents Plus' . Everyone says it is part of a steam update or civ update. I've un-installed steam and civ 2x to try to get that map and I still don't have it and cannot play multi with people who DO have that map. What gives??

It's part of the DLC-Mappack.

However, it's not that good ans makes scouting really boring.

The update 1.0.3.70 is PC only

Yep, those maps have been enabled for multiplayer with the new patch, until it hits for mac (which should be next week or so), you'll only be able to play them in singleplayer.

I have a PC, and I have ALL DLC , and ALL updates, and I still do NOT have continents PLUS.

My favourite is Small continents plus. Really nice realistic continents. It comes with the scrambled continents DLC.

Also- Continents plus is G&K or BNW. You won't get it with the the base game. It also makes finding city-states a pain.

the problem is that i have both these DLCs. is it possible its in the babylon DLC? thats the only one i dont have i think

Continents Plus is part of the Explorer's Map Pack DLC. When setting up game, click Map Type and scroll down and there should be a menu that says Explorer's Map Pack. In it should be Continents Plus. Alternately you could go to Advanced Options and find Continents Plus in Map Type from there.
