1066.Viking Scenario - Can't build Shire Courts - Help?
I can't make a Shire Court after I capture a city from the English, within 8 tiles from London. I am playing as William. The option isn't aviable under buildings to produce. What can I do to fix this problem?

Which cities have you conquered? Most of the cities south of london (which you conquer as normandy) are still within the 8 tiles radius. Therefore Normandy is probably one of the hardest in this scenario (also because you need to cross the river to take london).

thank you! I was trying only in cities 8 or less tiles away from London.
