Who's the most annoying CIV 5 character?

Washington. I thought he'd be a nice guy since historically he was an isolationist and never really got involved in other people's wars, but I swear this guy probably declared war on me more times than anyone else when I was going for culture victory with France. That's including Montezuma, who I actually didn't really mind since we made a declaration of friendship and he left me alone most of the game.

Pretty much any expansionist or militaristc (or worse, both) Civ is a real pain in the ass and has always been. Mostly because they are just never satisfied to sit and chill the hell out. They always want some piece of land, or to pick a fight with someone or whatever else. I dunno what they've done to the Ottomans but they keep showing up in my games and we always become pals till the end, weird.

Ironically enough the Ottoman bonuses and UUs seem to gear them for a domination victory. Same with the Aztecs, yet they left me alone.

I'd say Oda. Only because everytime I've played against him, he always tries to pick fights with everyone, starts wars, then wipes himself out from fighting people too strong. Hah.

I've not played a game in which Bismarck was nice .. I just finished wiping him out in my current game as Brazil, and now Ramesses has denounced me - I so thought I could trust him! I think it was something I said in World Congress. Okay so apparently my actually works here, yay.

That's funny. for me, it's Austria every game they are in. I hate her guts. Every game, I'm like "I'm going to be peaceful this game... etc..." then when I see Austria, I see red and go warmongerer... (pun intended)
