Civ V Cities Demanding Resources?
So I'm pretty new to this. I've played the tutorial but I didn't get the resources part. So let's say one of your cities demands a certain resource. I know you're supposed to ask another city-state or look for it in the world. But when I go to a city-state, I don't see any type of option like that? Also, one city-state asked to build a road. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to go to their border and build it or build one on my own city. Help would be appreciated ! Looking forward to playing with you guys...once I get better at this lol

Don't just ask city states, try to trade with other empires for their resources. Also, when a city state wants a road, that means they want a road connecting your capital to their's

When your cities demand certain resources, like gold or citrus; attaining them either through trade or expansion nets you a boost to growth in your city. You usually have to hunt for these luxury resources somewhere around the map. City states always have at least one available for trade in the borders, sometimes more. Hope this helps! Good luck!

City State roads are abit broken atm, the states own workers are supposed to build a road out to thier border, you then connect to it, but more often than not, you have to build directly to their cap.
