Report a translation problem
Edit: O.k. found myself a solution. If anyone has the same problem, here´s how i solved it:
1) Type into the windows search bar: civ
2) Open the "Sid Meier´s Civilization 5" folder.
3) Open the "GraphicsSettingsDX11"
4) Scroll down until you find under [User Settings], Full Screen = 1. Change it into Full Screen = 0.
5) Start the game and change your graphics ingame now and don´t forget to checkbox the full screen option again.
6) Restart game.
My problem was, because the default setting was 170 Hz (~.~), so i was never able to change it ingame, that´s why i was always out of range. (normally 60 Hz for my monitor)
Thanks for the fix btw.
