And the next time, buy a PC, not a toy.
In fact, you'll see more Apple hardware in the Seattle area than you do Windows.
Back on topic, I've discovered Aspyr has done a pathetic job of porting this game to OS X. The blame rests with them. My copy crashes every 20 minutes or so, with all settings turned to minimum and playing in strategic view. Windowed or full screen, it still crashes. Pretty sad.
Regardless unfortunately your answers have not helped.
As I said, it is running full screen, but the top line which mentions File > Edit and the clock is over the top of the game. It's unique to my Mac Mini as on my Macbook Pro laptop it doesn't do it. Maybe there's some setting somewhere that is doing this but I can't seem to find it anywhere. The Mac Mini is brand new and it's the first time I've tried to run the game on there. It wouldn't matter, but I can't see how much research/cash etc I am making every turn
However, your trouble is that the bar a the top in front of the game so you have to lanch the game in window mode and you extand the game to the corners of your screen. You will still have the bar at the top but you will see all the game.
