Is there a way to take away the 4 tile city spacing?

It can get very annoying when fielding a large empire, and I've seen some cities 2 tiles from each other. Is there a mod that does this?

With the G&K enhanced mod, there is a setting that allows you to control how many tiles is minimum between cities.
