"to stand the test of time"-achievement?

so I'm a little confused about this one:

"beat the game with all victory conditions"

1) does this mean you have to meet all the victory conditions in one game or is during multiple playthroughs?(unlike other achievements this one doesn't specify)

2) if you win the game through one victory condition will achievements for others trigger through the "one more turn"-option....I'm asking this because I was trying for a diplomatic victory, but wasn't paying attention to the date and there for just a couple of turns short of completing the UN won on a time victory(which sadly/oddly doesn't earn you an achievement).

You have to win four different games, each with a different victory. Anything after "one more turn" doesn't count for achievements.

You can still get achievements after victory and 'one more turn', you just can't win more than once per game so no bonus victory achievements.

You CAN win a second victory, but it must be a Domination victory after a diplomatic or cultural (tourism bnw) or science victory.

Other achievements work after "one more turn" option is used, but not victory achievements. For example achievement "We Have the Technology - Research every technology, including Future Tech." is easiest to get after the "one more turn" option is used.
