Problem with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Shell (Isolated)
Google translation
I have little hope for someone to answer, since I do not understand anything in anglait. (I dont speak in English) Anyway, I have nothing to lose.

I install Civilization V SDK in order to create content and mods, but when I try to ouvrire something I am asked to install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Shell (Isolated), I install, everything normally happens. Except at the end I was told that one of the component is not installed. I reinstalled the software. But in vain. When I try to start the mods editor, told me:

Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Shell (Isolated)

Can not find one or more components, please reinstall the application.

I reinstall three times in vain ... I still have the same problem.

Thank you to answer me, so that his English or French, it would be very generous of you.

I found that the proplem was on the SDK lancher, when I dig up that modbuddy program from civ/SDK folders and run it, there where no proplems at all.

THANK YOU SO MUCH OMG... I know you posted this in 2013 but this has been the one solution to my problem and I'm happy that I'm finally able to use Modbuddy
