The Aztecs were in G&K, but I'm not sure if they are in BNW. Anyone confirm?
Pre-BNW: France, Siam, Polynesia with a cooperating map, possibly Greece
Further edit:
Aztecs don't get a useful bonus in BNW. Even before, their bonus wasn't that great (even with honor) compared to cultural civs.

As stated above there are Civ's more suited to culture; it just means that for the Civ's that aren't you have to work a little harder. I have only ever won one domination/conquest victory because I find it difficult to play an aggressive game.
In GK and BNW keep your religion strong, choose the right policies and build culture buildings; plus it's often a case of quality over quantity, small and focussed.
Needless to say, if you're the type to rush wonders in your capital than this is the one for you
Brazil - Double tourism in all cities during Golden ages, generation of Great Artists, Writers and Musicians by 50% during golden ages
Not as stable as France early game, but late game beasts.
Also, their UU Gives Golden Age points equal to their opponents strength.
Byzantine with pagodas/mosques/cathedrals/+2 tourism
Celtic and Ethiopia much as Constantinople, one less building for guaranteed pantheon.
Rome gets a 75% cut on culture buildings with Aestetics
Egypt, requires World Congress cultural heritage sites
Even so, all these civs require you to know everyone around 1500 AD. Otherwise the culture victory will become a 20th century drag.
How do you play Poland? I couldn't find it anywhere when I was trying to select a nation. I have Gods and Kings, but not Brave New World.
Oh.... :(
Christmas sale is coming.
Also, there is a selection of Polish civs with different Leaders in the Workshop. Haven't used them myself.
