Most annoying AI civs you can think of.
What is the most annoying civ you have ever played with and why? personally mine is Shaka, because he decalres war at turn 80 and has an army of 10 warriors and 5 archers, how that is possible I do not know, but when I see him I immediately close the game

Shaka gets 50% off on melee unit maintenance.

On Topic, I gotta say that the constant "Would you be interested in a trade agreement with England?" from Elizabeth is the most annoying thing I've ever encountered.
One time, Boudicca plotted a city right next to my capital, and every time I expanded with a new city, she was mad because I was settling to close to her city. I finally razed her city, then after she denounced me, we eventually built a friendship lasting the game.

Greece always seems to jump on the denouncing bandwagon no matter how good my friandship seems with them, louses.

what i meant by possible is how quickly he can make the units with only 1 or 2 cities, and i don't think Ai buy units

Harald Bluetooth always seems to pick on people and declare war on anyone near him, but he doesn't actually ever succeed and drives himself into debt. While hilarious, it's also incredibly annoying. I also have a grudge because he's the first AI I ever lost a city to.

Russia (In the form of the Russian Federation mod), was my first civ I lost a city to (I was America and they took Boston).

Well, why didn't you make an army of equal power? Why didn't you spam unit creation instead of buildings? Because you could not afford it. Shaka can. That's the difference.

Still saying Elizabeth annoys me the most though.

THEN GET IN THERE, AND KICK HIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DANISH ASS RIGHT NOW!
naw but seriously, he does drive himself into debt but he always seems to denounce me, he never has the balls to stand up against japan

Alexander not just because he warmongers all throughout the game but because in most of my games, he actually manages to become a power in the lategame. Other warmongers like Genghis or Atilla usually become weaker as the game progresses but Alex. He also backstabs without any hesitation and always jumps on the denouncing bandwagon. Finally, he seems to be friends with all the other civs despite the fact that he usually attacks everyone. I denounced Alexander one game and I got a negative diplomatic modifier with nearly everyone in the game including Rome and India whose capitals were being occupied by Alex.

Rome is probably the most annoying in my opinion.

He is a city-making psycho that gets mad at you for settling on the opposite hemisphere.

personally i hate alexander because he always has the most votes cue to city states. my only counter is to keep city states to a low number like 5 and have like 10 a.i. if i add more city states it is so annoying how he owns all the votes. it sucks once he embargo's you, his city states declare war on you and before you know it you in a hole. i just finished king difficulty so i imagine its going to be tougher as i only play domination victory. but i cant remember exaxtly what civ it was but by turn 56 he had 3 cities and sent 7 units and declared war on me. i had to quit. i dont know how its possible but thats too much to overcome.

I always felt sorry for him in the first game i encountered him, because he was always in debt, atleast -100. But he was pretty weak, and didn't do a whole lot to me.

My most hated civ is Carthage. We were friends, and then she suddenly became hostile and attacked me. Luckily, I managed to kick her sorry butt, but it really pissed me off.
Carthage... I was friends for long time... and cause I had good army she didn't attack me. but she continued to strike my CS'. Every game I have Carthage on, i notice she goes after every CS she can!

End Game? Ghandi! If you have Ghandi on your map, make sure you block all of his Uranium! He will stockade as many Nukes as he can and than Declare War on you for the mere fact he can? When he on map though, he hard to conquer in beginning too... he has some kind of resource bonus to all his Strategic or something, i forget. what ever it is gets him ahead and early... and by end game, he impossible to beat, and than your in trouble if he has Uranium!

Khan! He just a war monger! likes to fight!

Attila the Hun, he talks a lot of smack. every time i play him, he runs from fight! but talks a lot of big fight words, and bluffs the big war talk with you, until you call bluff and turn it against him!

They all can be annoying though if Civ has the right Civ in the right setting!
