I have played most scenarios, but problem in most scenarios is that there is no replayability value once you won then in Deity. Rise of the Mongols was fun, but it didin't take that many tries to get the Deity win, and there is only one playable civ... so I have not played it since. Some scenarios are way too easy on Deity too, for example 1066: Year of Viking Destiny could be a good scenario, but AI is way too stupid and I won it on Deity at my first Deity try.
One major problem with scenarios are that some of them use old vanilla/G&K game mechanisms. For example Wonders of the Ancient World is really painfull to play now, because you have endure all those vanilla bugs and stupid AI.
