controller support?
is there any way to play with gamepad or xbox controller?

No official support, but... there is always a way in IT.

You could try Xpadder: http://xpadder.com/. It simulates mouse and keyboard using your controller. I have not tried it with Civ V, but you could get it working quite nicely if you use some time to study Xpadder and Civ V keyboard shortcuts. I tried Xpadder some time ago with a game which has fast pace, and I was not satisfied it. The Civ V is a turn based game, so it could work much better because there is no timing issues.
