I need a quick answer, does a Mountain Wonder like Grand Mesa Count as a Condition for Certain wonders or an observatory?

Natural Wonders are terrain features that can be placed on top of mountains. Some will always be on top of mountains, some will never be on top of mountains. However, Natural Wonders, in any circumatance, will never count as mountains for the purposes of Maccu Pichu or Neuschwanstein. World wonders use a different mountain check than the Observeatory, which invalidates any mountain with a Natural Wonder on it.

Yes, if the Natural Wonder is on a mountain.

Observatory-valid Natural Wonders: Mt. Fuji, Grand Mesa, Krakatoa, Old Faithful, Rock of Gibraltar, Cerro de Potosi, Mt. Kailash, Mt. Sinai, Sri Pada, Uluru, Mt. Kilimanjaro

Non-mountain Natural Wonders: Barringer Crater, Barrier Reef, Fountain of Youth, El Dorado, King Solomon's Mines, Lake Victoria

The observatory valid natural wonders are also valid for the mountain bonus from Incan terrace farms.
