Hello Friends! when does this game usually get a discount? I played civ 6 and the ai was not good at all, civ 7 also failed, I'm really waiting to be able to play civ 5 on steam...

The complete bundle goes on sale officially on steam pretty much every major sale for like $10 if you don't feel like supporting fraud, too.

Rather than the base game, look at the complete bundle: https://isthereanydeal.com/game/sid-meiers-civilization-v-complete/info/

Buying only the base game would be a big mistake because civ 5 is terrible without its expansions. :V

Also because it's the complete bundle that gets put on sale, usually for cheaper than the base game alone.

Possibly, but finding Complete Editions at good discounts can more difficult than finding the base game then the expansions cheap. I often get games and expansions separately on places like CDKeys myself as it can be cheaper. This is pretty damn cheap mind:
