When one uses more than 1 mod, there is the possibility of incompatibility among the mods that could cause a game to crash. Mod authors generally do not coordinate their efforts to assure each mod is fully compatible with other mods.
This incompatibility may not evidence itself until a particular time into the game when the “guilty” mod introduces some "feature" that causes the incompatibility. Thus, perhaps one of your mods does something around a game-turn at this game-time ? This might be as early as first startup.
Only you can determine which mod, or mods, may be at fault by doing test runs with different mixes of your game mods
