Report a translation problem
Unsubscribe from the mod, and restart Civ V. Resubscribe to it from the in-game mods menu by clicking the "find mods" button, and see if that works.
If it doesn't, go into your files, which are usually at "Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5" and delete the mods cache and try reinstalling the mod.
If that doesn't work, try deleteing ALL of your mods and reinstalling them.
And if that doesn't work, try manually installing as many of your mods as you can. Most mod files should be put in the MODS folder in the Civ V folder location from above. Read the install directions for every mod to see if some of them might require you to do something else.
And if that doesn't work, then I'm sorry, I don't think I can help you.
