how to earn gold?
This is my first time playing this type of game and im really enjoy it. but im facing a problem, how to earn lots of gold?

Trade routes, trading posts, tiles that produce gold, markets, banks, stock exhanges...

Buy tons of warriors, then stockpile tons of workers. About 50 will do.

trading posts on all desert tiles, unless it has wheat. Seperate sections for farms, trading posts and mines,lumber mills, etc. I.e loads of farms in western russia and lumber mills in scandanavia. Also, always remember to look over tiles in late game as you wouldnt have seen important rescources, like uranium or oil.
