Generally mouse issues mean it's extremely difficult to move the pointer where you want (either erratic movement or no movement at all).
It's more likely that some program, probably a panel of some sort, is preventing the program from realizing the mouse is at the bottom edge of the screen.
Not experiencing this problem. Check your sound stack.
Or try muting the music track.
The sound works correctly with other games including Borderlands 2 so it is just this game. Probably Fire axis or 2K's fault since it worked great before they messed with it.
You guys do notice this sentence in the intro posting, don't you?
I literally just debunked it being your mouse because the behavior is completely inconsistent with any real mouse prob--
