How to set A.I difficulty in MP

I have 200+ hours but not sure how this exactly works, sometimes I set their names same as my nickname[unfortunatly](MLG 360 NonScope of England etc..)

I honestly have no idea what you are asking about.

If you want the AI to be more powerful, simple force every player to go to a higher level.

you just have to set your difficulty to a higher level. You can do this on your bar thing on the right side it should have 2 or 3 boxes (can't remember right now). One of the boxes is for if this person is an AI, human or observer, one of the other boxes should be for difficulty level.

Must all the players set their difficulties(for instance lets say King) and then every of their A.I will be this difficulty?Or do I have to set them mechanicly(go to each bot and set his difficulty)

If lets say player X puts their difficulty on Prince.

And Player Y puts their difficulty on King.

Player X will have a harder time doing pretty much everything, whilst Player Y will have a bonus.

No, the human player sets there difficulty which they want to play on. The AI's will recieve the benefits based on average difficulty, e.g if two human players one wants to play King, the other Emperor then the AI's will recieve bonuses between the two.#

However, if you do choose Emperor then you will get the NEGATIVES which come with it, e.g lower happiness compared to King.

If you ALL want to play as King, simply set YOUR difficulty to King, likewise with all your friends/other players.

Ok I get this part but can I also set difficulties for A.I lets say:
I want Rome to get King difficulty
I want Russian to get King difficulty
how do I do that?
Cause when I played MP Its more like only me and my friend(he is noob too) and its not even challenging for me since A.I are really bad. but if I play against bots on Emperor is already kinda challenge for me
