How do I play for an infinite amount of time?

What options should I turn off/on? I'd love to keep playing Civ 5 Until ive defeated everyone or taken over the map etc. How do i make the game last forever?

Turn off Time Victory in the setup options, if that's what's stopping you. It doesn't really matter though, because even once someone's won you can go on by hitting "Just one more turn...".

Can I still press the "Just one more turn" button even with Time Victory enabled?

You should still turn off time victory anyway, it is a most stupidest victory in SP mode. You should always disable it, otherwise all other victories you can carry on playing even if someone already won the game.

Play as King of the World, just sit there and look at your empire grow as you keep clicking next turn button.
