Most likely not. Tablets are not known to be very powerful or open for costum installs.

However does your tablet have the following requirements?

The specs aren't the issue, it's the OS. I don't know much about tablets in particular, but the only one I know of that you could install Civ5 on would be a Surface, running Windows.
