Most aggressive world leaders?

Hi guys I want to start soon a new game and want to add 20 countries but which WL are aggressive ? I know about Greece and Germany China and Poland. Do you guys more or is it all random?

Also, Gandhi and then fill the world with Uranium.

You could even use the "Really Advanced Setup" mod to start every civ with an ICBM if you want more excitement, IIRC.

Choose domination victory only and high enough difficulty level. Then every one of them will be aggressive. I just saw Brazil's Pedro to attack a city state and conquer it, without any good reason... other then it was next to them (Emperor, domination only).

In my game I made my Ganhi a hated warmonger. :) Everyone hates him.

The Incas are always declaring war and causing ♥♥♥♥ in my games

Add Iroquois. The AI does very well with them. Ironic, since they are one of the weaker choices as a player.

If they are in my game i will ALWAYS be attacked by:

Aztecs
Russia
Japan
Huns
Ottomans
Mongals
Songhai
Babylon
Maya
China
Egypt
Rome
Germany
France

Only occasionally attacked by America and depending on my military on meeting them Byzantine and Carthage.
