Cant seem to perform concert tour with great musician

Move the Great Musician into the territory of the Civ you want to affect. He should have the option to do the concert tour.

That's not how it works. You send one of your late-game musicians to your opponent to play a "concert tour", and *you* get a massive tourism boost, not them. But don't bother with your early musicians unless you have unusually high tourism for some reason (like the Sacred Sites reformation belief and lots of pagodas etc) because the strength of the concert tour is based on your tourism at the time the musician is born.

You dont get it only bcz you dont know how turism works.

Let me explain culture victory to you then. Lets just say culture is your defense, turism is your offense. For your culture to become influential with other cive you need to produce more Turism then all the culture they have produced throughout the whole game. (Example enemy civ made 30K culture so you gotta make 30K turism to become influential with them)

To win cultural victory your culture needs to become influential with every single last oponent civ.
You can open cultural tab to look how much turism have you produced towards every enemy civ and how much culture they produced throughout the whole game and how much you missing to become influential with them.

!!!!!!NOW THE POINT!!!!!!!! Using Concert Tour in teritory of enemy will give you (however many that musician gives) of turism towards the enemy in whos border you used him.

If you going for cultural victory think wisely if you rly wanna perform a concert tour bcz in 80% of cases against AI it will be better to just make a great work of art instead of performing concert tour. Also if you cannot make a great work of art that means you dont have slots for it. You need to build opera houses/broadcasting towers to be able to create great works of music.

Also you may want to save your first three Great Muscians to put into Broadway.
They must be from the same Era.

Thanks for the responses, folks. I think I'll continue my current strategy of creating the great work. And thanks to the OP for bringing up the topic in the first place.
